The C300 MK2  retains a similar overall physical configuration of the Mk1 so users can easily switch over to it, though it has an expanded menu system with many new features. Additions include an updated sensor, flatter log settings, 4K recording, a new revised codec,  an extremely helpful extended ND filter range and 100 fps slomo with a 50% crop factor.
