This 7-inch monitor from Small HD improves on previous offerings with increased quality of black levels and colour rendition. It is well built and a brilliant onboard or directors monitor.

This 7 inch monitor has all the features you want from a location monitor, such as a high quality screen, HDSDI and HDMI inputs, HDMI pass through to SDI, waveform and vectorscopes, but also the ability to record your footage on to SD cards internally. These are stored as thumbnails which can be played back individually at normal speed, slomo and super slomo, even if the recorded footage is not off speed.

Another highly functional onboard, focus or directors monitor from Small HD. It has auto flip, can slide between multiple screens which can have different looks and tools applied to them, SDI and HDMI in and out, and power via 5d batteries or from D-tap. Its most notable feature though is probably the fact that the screen lives up to its name and is actually very bright with much improved colour reproduction over previous offerings. The go to small screen with an accurate image.
